Yesterday morning, officers from the San Giuseppe Vesuviano Police Station , while carrying out a territorial control operation, noticed a car travelling at high speed while passing through Via San Marzano.

The police reached and stopped the car and, in identifying the occupants, noticed the driver particularly agitated and without identification documents.

Therefore, the operators accompanied the man to the police station where they ascertained that the man, a 38-year-old from Nocera Inferiore, was the recipient of a concurrent sentence execution order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Verona - Criminal Enforcement Office.

And according to which he will have to serve a sentence of 5 years, 5 months and 15 days of imprisonment for criminal association, embezzlement, receiving stolen goods, material falsification in certificates or administrative authorizations.
Furthermore, the aforementioned person was reported for false certification or declaration to a public official regarding his identity.
