A life full of experiences
Born in Cecina on August 20, 1912, Tripolino Giannini had worked as a merchant, managing a fruit and vegetable shop. His life spanned a vast historical period, having lived and witnessed significant events such as the two world wars, the election of numerous Popes, the transition from Monarchy to Republic.
He had always enjoyed robust health, he could boast of having survived various epidemics, from the Spanish flu, which hit Italy during his childhood, to Covid, which he had survived unscathed despite his advanced age.
