Naples: A man throws a bag out a window. Inside were 1.100 doses of drugs.

Naples, Rione Don Guanella, Scampia: Carabinieri from the local station are carrying out an ad hoc operation. Suddenly, a bag flies out of the window and is recovered by the officers.

When the door opened, a 39-year-old woman, already known to law enforcement, showed up. Her name was Anna Vergara. Inside the bag, the following items were found:

• one kilo and 200 grams of cobret already divided into 925 doses ready for sale,
• 94 doses of crack,
• 250 doses of heroin,
• 100 grams of crobret and 50 grams of heroin still to be divided.

Packaging materials are also available, including two scales and a vacuum sealing machine. A veritable drug supermarket capable of satisfying every customer's needs.

The 39-year-old was arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. She is in jail awaiting trial. The Carabinieri are now continuing their investigation to track down her suppliers, as well as the network of clients for and on behalf of those who sold the woman drugs or at least acted as her custodians.
