Ciamammà, Errico Porzio's new format opens tomorrow

We followed him on social media step by step as he created the restaurant dedicated to his mother. And tomorrow, "Ciàmammà," Errico Porzio 's new concept , opens at 6:30 pm in Fuorigrotta. It's a trattoria-pizzeria just steps from the stadium, on Via Pietro Iacopo De Gennaro. As is customary for the opening, there will be free tastings.

At “Ciàmammà” you can take a break for lunch with special prices. You can choose between traditional first courses such as the unmissable pasta with potatoes and provola, ziti alla genovese and gnocchi alla sorrentina, all at 6 euros.

Among the second courses, here are the meatballs with ragù for 5 euros, the braciola, sausage morsel and pork rind with ragù for 6 euros and 50. The side dishes are found at 3 euros.

In the evening “Ciamammà” becomes a pizzeria and offers those a ruota di carro. An ancient pizza, never passed down in fashion.
