Naples: A passerby's cell phone is snatched from Corso Umberto by the Falcons.

Naples – Yesterday evening, the State Police arrested a 53-year-old man, already known to law enforcement, on charges of robbery, resisting arrest, and assaulting a public official.

According to the reconstruction, the Falcons of the Flying Squad, engaged in targeted operations, noticed the man on Corso Umberto I while, after having hit a passerby on the shoulder, he was stealing his cell phone from his pocket.

The officers intervened immediately and, after reaching him, subdued him with some difficulty. He still had the stolen phone on him.

For this reason, the suspect was arrested. The stolen goods were returned to their rightful owner.
