Naples, nurse attacked at San Paolo hospital: woman reported

Yet another attack on medical and healthcare staff at hospitals in Naples and the surrounding province occurred last night at the San Paolo Hospital in Naples, while the Azzurri were playing their match against Verona at the Maradona Stadium.

At that time, the Carabinieri of the Naples mobile radio unit intervened in the hospital emergency room, called for help, for an attack on health personnel.

Shortly before, in fact, a 57-year-old woman – presumably for reasons related to the waiting time – attacked a nurse with a slap in the face.

The police arrested and reported the 57-year-old woman with no criminal record. The nurse , who worked in the emergency room, was not injured. Unfortunately, the beginning of the year has been marked by continued attacks on doctors and nurses in hospitals.
