Frasso Telesino: released from prison almost three years early

Achraf N., 25, was released from prison almost three years early. He had been held in the Benevento prison (after serving prison terms in Regina Coeli, Pescara, Rieti, and Ariano Irpino) due to the execution of concurrent sentences, with his sentence scheduled to end in January 2029.

A year ago, following a motion for continuation, with recognition of the crime continuing between multiple final convictions, which allowed for a redetermination of the sentence to be served in melius, with the resulting legal cumulation that allows the material sum of the sentences to be replaced with a single basic sentence, he achieved a "resounding and historic" reduction of 28 months of prison. The man was represented by the lawyer Massimo Viscusi.
