Kurultai Festival 2025, a UNESCO World Heritage celebration in the heart of Dobrogea, Romania.

The tenth edition of the international intercultural festival KURULTAI, which promotes the encounter between peoples and cultures, scheduled for September 5-7 in the Central Square and the Jean Constantin Summer Theater in Techirghiol, Constanta County, will take place under the patronage of the Romanian National Commission for UNESCO and with the funding of the Romanian Ministry of Culture, hosted by the Techirghiol Municipality.

With nine editions under its belt, the festival celebrates the tenth anniversary of a commitment and a vision that, through the festival, unites women and men from all over the world, with more than 20 countries and local communities, 250 international athletes and 150 artists involved in the performances.

The festival's activities are interactive, and participants will enjoy days dedicated to traditional games and sports inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, a nomadic equestrian show, creative and artisanal workshops, and traditional cuisine. A highly anticipated special event, the "Legendary Concert," featuring Arslanbek Sultanbekov, will take place on Friday, September 5th, as a prelude to the acclaimed film "Şȋmarîk," premiering in Romania.

The “Exceptional Concert of the Turkish World” on Saturday, September 6, 2025, which will be held at the Jean Constantin Summer Theater in Techirghiol, starting at 15:00 PM, will bring together leading artists and ensembles from the Turkish world for an explosive show.
