Sarno, surrounded and attacked for riding an e-bike: 13-year-old ends up in the hospital.

Sarno – The 13-year-old victim of the attempted robbery that took place last night on Via Prolungamento Matteotti in Sarno was reportedly approached by a group of youths and then attacked.

According to an initial reconstruction of events, the minor was surrounded by a group of young immigrants who violently attempted to steal his e-bike. The crime was interrupted by the presence of a woman in the area, prompting the attackers to flee.

The young men apparently left, but not before mocking the victim, even taking pictures of her with their cell phones.

The 13-year-old was later joined by his parents, who took him to the emergency room at the Martiri del Villa Malta hospital. The boy reportedly suffered abrasions to his face and other parts of his body.

Another episode of violence in Via Laudisio

Saturday evening was also marked by another episode of violence, involving, according to initial reports, several North African citizens.

On Via Laudisio, several men reportedly fought each other with bottles, apparently over an unpaid bill. One of the men was accused of having fought with bottles. (NM)
