During a routine check on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, the State Police arrested a man found in possession of hashish and cocaine. A house search led to the seizure of large quantities of narcotics and weighing equipment.


A 33-year-old man was arrested in Acerra with over 250 grams of drugs and drug dealing equipment.
A 33-year-old man with a criminal record was arrested yesterday afternoon in Acerra by the State Police for possession of drugs with intent to sell. Officers from the Flying Squad and the local police station, conducting a territorial patrol, stopped the man while he was driving a car on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
During the check, four bars of hashish, weighing a total of approximately 8 grams, and nine packages of cocaine, equal to approximately 3 grams, were seized.
Subsequently, a search of the 33-year-old's home led to the discovery and seizure of an additional 54 packages of cocaine weighing approximately 210 grams, 80 packages of hashish weighing approximately 250 grams, a precision scale, and several banknotes totaling €155. The man was subsequently arrested and placed at the disposal of the competent authorities.
