De Rossi gives Genoa a boost: "We need to play with enthusiasm against Napoli."

Genoa coach Daniele De Rossi expressed confidence and motivation ahead of their league debut against Napoli, Massimiliano Allegri's new team. In a press conference, De Rossi stated that his team is in good form and ready to face a strong opponent with great enthusiasm, emphasizing that for Genoa, whether they face a top-tier team early or later in the season makes little difference.

The Rossoblu coach also praised Allegri, calling him a winning coach and an intelligent person, but highlighted some differences in their views on the game, noting that Napoli seem more aggressive and attacking than what we've seen from Allegri's recent teams, such as AC Milan.

On the transfer market front, De Rossi clarified that there are currently no incomings or outgoings in the squad, expressing some irritation with the management of the transfer window, which he considers a contradiction, especially in the first few weeks of its opening.

The anticipation is therefore for the meeting of two teams with different approaches, but with the same desire to start the championship on the right foot.
