Naples is once again offering textbook subsidies: applications for the bonus are now open.

Naples – The Municipality of Naples renews its commitment to protecting the right to education by guaranteeing the partially free distribution of textbooks to students experiencing financial hardship.

The call for applications for financial support in the form of an electronic library coupon has been officially opened. This is intended for families of children enrolled in the city's secondary schools for the 2026/2027 school year.

ISEE requirements and application deadlines

The benefit is reserved for students attending middle and high schools (middle and high schools) residing in Naples. To access the grant, the family unit must submit an ISEE 2026 certificate no higher than €13.300,00.

Applications can be submitted starting August 3, 2026, and must be received no later than 13:00 PM on September 21, 2026.
