Marcianise: Crack, cocaine, and hashish: Minors' dealer arrested

Marcianise - This morning, the Carabinieri of the Marcianise Company executed a pre-trial detention order against a person seriously suspected of drug possession and trafficking. The order was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Naples North, as part of an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the same court.

The investigation, conducted by the military of the Operational Section of the Marcianise Carabinieri Company, began in April 2025 following an episode of drug dealing.

Subsequent investigations, supported by observation, control, and shadowing services, allowed investigators to gather numerous pieces of evidence against the suspect. According to the prosecution's allegations, the man was involved in multiple sales of crack, cocaine, and hashish, some of which were also carried out to minors.

The arrest therefore comes at the end of an investigative activity that lasted over a year and aimed at reconstructing the alleged drug dealing activity and identifying the recipients of the substances.

The measure was adopted during the preliminary investigation phase. Therefore, the recipients of the precautionary measure are individuals under investigation and presumed innocent until a final sentence is reached. The legal remedies available against the order are available.
