Pozzuoli activates a switchboard to report damage to homes

In response to the growing need for assistance among Pozzuoli residents, a dedicated hotline has been activated for the prompt reporting of damage to homes. The initiative, a collaboration between the Civil Protection Department, the Campania Region, and the Municipality of Pozzuoli, aims to ensure rapid response and timely inspection of affected properties.

The service is operational every day, from 9:00 to 19:00, through the numbers 081 19669079, 081 18894404 and 081 1889441. These numbers are in addition to the emergency numbers already active, such as the Civil Protection (081 18894400), the Unified Regional Operations Room (800 232525) and the Pozzuoli Municipal Police (081 8551891).

The municipal administration and the Region emphasize that if the lines are busy or there's no answer, this may be due to the high call volume. Therefore, residents are encouraged to try again after a few minutes or use the alternative numbers provided.

Coordination between the Prefecture, Fire Brigade, National Civil Protection, and local institutions ensures constant monitoring of the situation, ensuring maximum commitment to providing safety, assistance, and support to the community.
