Falciano del Massico: Three men reported for assaulting a man on the street.

Threats and an attack in the middle of the night led to three people being reported by the Carabinieri of the Mondragone Territorial Unit. Following an investigation launched following the victim's complaint, the officers reported three men, all residents of Mondragone, to the judicial authorities. They are believed, according to the documents, to be involved in the incident.

They are a 46-year-old, a 40-year-old, and a 73-year-old. Based on the facts reconstructed by investigators, they are charged with threats and assault.

The incident dates back to the night of September 2nd, when, according to the Carabinieri, between 1:50 and 2:30 a.m., a man was stopped on his scooter on Via Crocelle, near a convenience store. It was at that moment that the argument with the three men apparently began.

The investigations conducted by the military revealed that, after threatening the man for seemingly trivial reasons, the three men slapped and punched him while he was still on the moped. This sequence of violence resulted in the victim suffering a head injury.

118 medical personnel subsequently intervened on the scene, providing first aid to the man and assessing his physical consequences.

The Carabinieri's investigation began following the complaint filed on September 3rd and subsequently supplemented on September 7th by the injured party. Officers from the Falciano del Massico Carabinieri Station then gathered evidence useful for reconstructing the incident, conducting appropriate checks and outlining, according to the investigative hypothesis, the position of the three suspects.

Following the investigation, the three were reported at large to the competent judicial authorities. The Public Prosecutor's Office was notified by the Falciano del Massico Carabinieri Station, which is proceeding with the further procedures within its jurisdiction.

The responsibilities of those accused must be ascertained in the subsequent phases of the proceedings, in full compliance with the guarantees provided by law and the presumption of innocence.
