Vomero, four reports in Carabinieri raid: illegal parking attendants targeted

Naples – In the nightlife district of Vomero, and beyond, the Carabinieri of the Naples Company deployed an extraordinary patrol. By dawn, 83 people had been identified, 37 vehicles inspected, seven traffic violations issued, and two reports to the Prefecture for personal drug use. Four reports were filed.

A 65-year-old and a 55-year-old were caught illegally parking. Another 55-year-old and a 35-year-old, both under house arrest, will be charged with evasion. A restaurant owner in the neighborhood was also fined for occupying public land.

The checks were extended to the city's more peripheral areas. In the common area of ​​a public housing project in Scampia, officers seized 19 grams of narcotics, including marijuana, hashish, crack, and heroin.
