Naples Weather September 14st
Monday, September 14th, begins with stable weather in Naples and much of Campania. Updated morning forecasts confirm a day characterized by large periods of clear skies, especially in the early hours, with some cloudy periods during the afternoon.
In the Campania capital, temperatures will remain at typical summer levels: various forecasts indicate a high around 30-31 degrees Celsius, while the low will hover around 21-23 degrees Celsius. Ilmeteo.it forecasts a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C in Naples, with scattered clouds and strengthening winds in the afternoon.
Other forecasts also confirm this picture: for Naples, temperatures are expected to range approximately between 23 and 26°C during the day, while the general situation remains stable.
The most interesting development of the day concerns the evolution of cloud cover. According to 3BMeteo, the high pressure system is tending to weaken partially, allowing more humid air to move in. A gradual increase in cloud cover is therefore expected throughout the afternoon, most noticeable over inland areas and the Apennines.
However, this isn't a general deterioration. Along the coastal strip, especially along the southern coast, skies are expected to remain mostly clear or partly cloudy, with some cloud cover, especially towards evening.
The situation will be slightly different between the coast and inland areas.
Caserta will be among the hottest areas: forecasts indicate a low around 20°C and a high of 31°C, with initially clear skies and a few more clouds in the following hours.
In the Benevento area, temperatures could reach 31°C, while at night the thermometer will drop to around 13-16°C in the more inland areas.
Avellino is expected to be cooler than the plains, with temperatures expected to range between 15 and 28°C.
In Salerno, the day is expected to be partly cloudy with temperatures around 20-29°C.
The risk of rain remains low overall. The trend highlights the possibility of isolated afternoon showers in the mountains, with localized phenomena and no significant intensity expected.
3BMeteo's regional forecast also signals possible greater instability in the Apennine areas, while dry conditions will prevail along the coasts.
Light winds are expected, predominantly from the north-east, with possible temporary westerly gusts in the afternoon along coastal areas. Seas will generally be calm, a favorable condition for those still choosing Campania's seaside resorts for a day at the beach.
Good weather is expected to continue in Campania over the next few days. Forecasts indicate fairly stable conditions between Tuesday, September 15th and Wednesday, September 16th.
A possible change could arrive on Thursday, September 17, when a more unstable transition is expected, with the possibility of showers and thunderstorms and a consequent drop in temperatures.
In summary, today, September 14th: mostly sunny in the morning, some more clouds in the afternoon, still hot, especially in the plains and inland areas, a low chance of precipitation, and calm seas. A day that still has a summery feel, but with the first signs of a possible change of pace in the second half of the week.
