The Granatello di Portici port takes center stage in Venice with the CIPS project.

Portici showcases a glimpse of its history and beauty through a short film set in the Granatello harbor, chosen as the location for a video promoted by the CIPS (Cinema and Images for Schools) project. The initiative, jointly promoted by the Ministries of Culture and Education, aims to integrate visual education into Italian school curricula.

The clip, directed by Giuseppe Marco Albano and produced by Alessandro Cannavale's Run Film, will be presented at the Lido during the Venice International Film Festival, coinciding with the start of the new school year. Subsequently, the short film will be screened in classrooms across Italy to engage students in an experience of reflection and contemplation.

The film highlights the historic Bourbon port of Granatello, known for its intimate and timeless atmosphere, already appreciated by directors and advertisers. The story unfolds through the eyes of a student who forges a deep connection with the sea, inviting us to rediscover a slower, more meditative dimension of life, far from the frenzy of everyday life.
