The Municipality of San Tammaro, in the province of Caserta, has published a public notice for a fixed-term position pursuant to Article 110, paragraph 1, of the TUEL (Consolidated Law on Local Authorities), for the role of Highly Qualified Personnel (EQ) Manager of Technical Sector 2. This is a key position in the municipal technical area, covering urban planning, construction, heritage, and maintenance.
The public notice seeks to identify a high-level manager to lead the technical and administrative management of a significant portion of municipal services. The institution specifies that the selection will be made in accordance with the TUEL regulations and that the contract is fixed-term, with a part-time schedule of 18 hours per week.
The EQ Manager of Technical Sector 2 typically coordinates offices and procedures related to land management and the institution's technical management. Within the areas of urban planning, private construction, heritage, and maintenance, this position may be responsible for: building and urban planning procedures, management and enhancement of municipal assets, maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, technical administrative procedures, contact with citizens and professionals, support for political bodies, and coordination of assigned personnel. Typical skills include knowledge of building and urban planning regulations, management of public procedures, resource coordination, problem solving, use of IT tools, and institutional communication.
