Napoli – Good news for Napoli and Massimiliano Allegri. Scott McTominay returned to the Training Center in Castel Volturno and completed a personalized gym session. The Scottish midfielder has just recovered from cardiac ablation surgery, and his return represents an encouraging sign for the entire Azzurri environment.
While McTominay followed his individual program, the other Napoli players continued their training schedule during the international break. The group completed a morning session, including strength work in the gym and a series of changes of direction on the pitch.
The Scotsman's return, albeit gradual, opens up positive prospects ahead of the league's resumption. For Allegri, this is important news: recovering McTominay would mean rediscovering a key player at the heart of the Azzurri's game. The priority, however, remains the player's health and full recovery from surgery.
