UniPegaso investigation, Danilo Iervolino clarifies: Buonomo was chosen by CVC, not by me

We have received and are publishing the following request for rectification sent by attorney Giuseppe Saccone on behalf of Danilo Iervolino regarding the following comment: "Andrea Buonomo (already with Pegaso during Iervolino's management and with Vaccarono in the new management)"
Regarding the article "Unipegaso & newspapers, advertising to 'hide' news about the investigation" (cronachedellacampania.it, October 8, 2026), Danilo Iervolino clarifies: Andrea Buonomo was chosen by CVC, not Iervolino: the documents date his term as operations and sales director from February 2022, after the transfer of full ownership, and refer him to the subsequent management. His employment contract was signed on January 27, 2022, by Multiversity Srl, represented by Fabio Domenico Vaccarono. Iervolino respects the investigation and has faith in the judiciary: he will contribute to full clarity and maintains his innocence.
