Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Following targeted searches, Carabinieri officers from the Operations and Radiomobile Unit of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Company located and arrested Dr. HOJ, a forty-three-year-old Hungarian national, in that center. He was the subject of three European arrest warrants, having been held responsible for fraud, forgery, and counterfeiting committed in Hungary between 2012 and 2015.
Specifically, the man allegedly, among other things, defrauded numerous people in financial intermediation for the purchase of apartments.
He was blocked by the Carabinieri inside a house on Via Italia in Santa Maria Capua Vetere. In the circumstance he was also referred for having exhibited a false identity document at the time of the check.
The arrested person was accompanied to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere district house, available to the competent Judicial Authority.
