It has been known for years that in the months of July and August the island of Ischia is populated by Neapolitan criminals, Camorra offspring but also bosses from Naples and the province.
And so the other day the Carabinieri during a routine control service on the streets of Forio came across two "big shots" from the Naples clans. They are Michele Mazzarella and Umberto Caldarelli.
The first is son of the historian clan leader Vincenzo (died in prison in 2018). He had been released from prison two years ago, after 20 years in prison thanks to a pardon and good behavior and isposed with Marianna Giuliano, daughter of Luigi, the former boss of Fork for years justice collaborator.
The second one is one of the leading exponents of the Camorra New houses, his family controls the market of illegal brands throughout the market of Napoli.
Michele Mazzarella was expelled from the island for having violated probation: he was staying in a municipality other than Naples, he did not carry the mandatory preceptor's card with him, but above all he was in the company of another criminal.
