"The victory of this championship transcends a simple victory - the words of the owner Aurelio De Laurentiis -. Naples has been oppressed and dominated by others for too long; this Scudetto represents the city's rebirth, a great opportunity for redemption. Between the 60s and 90s, we had cholera and earthquakes: there's a film by Francesco Rosi called 'Hands on the City'.
Here, there must be no more hands on the city of NAPLES. We have been reborn and a bright future awaits us."
