IYesterday and Saturday, officers from the Ischia Police Station carried out an extraordinary patrol of the territory of Ischia.
During the operation, 177 people were identified, 40 vehicles were checked and 7 violations of the Highway Code were reported for lack of insurance coverage, driving without a protective helmet and lack of periodic inspection.
Furthermore, 8 commercial activities were checked, one of which was administratively sanctioned for failure to communicate the expansion of the commercial SCIA (certified notification of commencement of business) for a warehouse annexed to the main commercial activity and two for failure to display suitable signage.
Finally, the operators reported the owner of a hospitality facility for failure to communicate the guests and also sanctioned him administratively because he did not have a SCIA (certified notification of commencement of activity) for the hospitality facility activity; therefore, sanctions amounting to approximately 10.000 euros were imposed.
