At 40, Daniela Romano, the dancer who participated in the first edition of Amici when the program was still called Saranno Famosi, has left us.
Born in Naples in 1983, Daniela had dreamed of a career in dance, singing and acting since she was young, with theatre and musicals as her goals. Her participation in the 2001-2002 edition of They will be famous, won by Dennis Fantina, had not allowed her to reach the evening phase of the program.
The news of his death was spread through the social profiles of his fellow adventurers. Dennis Fantina, winner of that edition, dedicated a message and a video to her, remembering the moments spent together: “Hi Daniela, have a good trip.”
Daniela Romano, already ill for some time, leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her. Mirna Brancotti, her classmate on Saranno Famosi in 2002 and friend since then, shared her pain on Instagram, describing life as sometimes cruel and incomprehensible in its choices.
The social pain of all the former adventure companions
The Paul Idol, with whom Daniela had had a relationship during the program, expressed her farewell with moving words: “You have been part of my life in a special way, I would say unique. I will always carry you in my heart.”
The dancer and choreographer Stefano Veronese concluded his greetings on social media with a touching: “You will always be in my heart, my friend.”
