Fs Sistemi Urbani presents new projects for Naples

FS Sistemi Urbani, the parent company of the FS Italiane Group's Urban Hub, presented its development plans for Naples Porta Est and Naples Campi Flegrei to stakeholders and investors as part of the "The Naples of the Future" event.

During the meeting, the international design tender for Napoli Porta Est was illustrated and the redevelopment project for Napoli Campi Flegrei was presented, part of a broader urban transformation strategy that will involve the capital of Campania in the coming years.

After an introduction by Umberto Lebruto, CEO and General Manager of FS Sistemi Urbani, Mario Breglia, President of Scenari Immobiliari, and Costanzo Jannotti Pecci, President of the Industrialists of Naples, Edoardo Rixi, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Vincenzo De Luca, President of the Campania Region, and Gaetano Manfredi, Mayor of Naples, spoke. Subsequently, Francesca Zirnstein, General Manager of Scenari Immobiliari, presented the report “Naples, railway yards and the economic and social consequences of their regeneration”, illustrating the prospects of the Neapolitan real estate market.
