Castellammare, threat to shoot a lawyer who came to the aid of his ex-wife: carabiniere on trial

Castellammare – At the end of a long and complex judicial investigation, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Torre Annunziata has set the pre-trial hearing before Judge Antonello Anzalone for June 18, against BA, a selected corporal serving with the Torre Annunziata Carabinieri Company.

The soldier from Castellammare di Stabia had threatened to "fire three gunshots at AL, a lawyer from Castellammare di Stabia who had rushed to the residence of his ex-wife ZM to help her", as reported in the decree ordering the trial.

The facts date back to February 17, 2023; the accurate and complex investigations, carried out by the Public Prosecutor Giuseppe Borriello, convinced the magistrate to issue the decree of summons to trial of the carabiniere.
