In Naples it's already a Scudetto celebration: widespread checks, carabinieri seize a disguised donkey and a souped-up car

The celebration for Napoli's Scudetto is yet to come, but someone has already decided to play ahead of the game. And not in the right way. Between enthusiasm and madness, in Naples the night before the match turns into a theater of illegality and cruelty.

The Carabinieri of the Stella company, together with the Forestry and ASL veterinarians, carried out a vast control operation between Scampia and Forcella, recovering a donkey decorated for the celebrations in an abandoned building and seizing a car irregularly modified for the "parade".

In Forcella, in Piazza Crocelle at Mannesi, the scene is incredible: a poor donkey had been adorned with blue symbols, ready to be exhibited as an improvised mascot in case of victory. An act that, more than folkloristic, seemed cruel and illegal. The animal was immediately entrusted to specialized personnel and transferred to a safe facility.

Meanwhile in Scampia, in via Ernesto Rossi in lot P, the military found a car with a completely transformed body, most likely ready to be used in a procession. The car was seized. To close the circle, in a recreational club in via Marrazzo a rifle without a red cap and without an indication of its firepower also appeared. A 20-year-old with no criminal record was reported.
