This is the second young victim in 24 hours in the province of Caserta, following 16-year-old Luigi Petrella from Mondragone, killed by a hit-and-run driver who was later arrested this morning. The victim is Pietro Cascarino , a convicted felon, brother of Giovanni, a member of the La Torre clan of Mondragone.
