Naples – The National Railway Museum in Pietrarsa is preparing for a summer of theater and music. For the fourth consecutive year, "Binario Rosa" (Pink Binary) returns, the women's theater festival promoted by the Fondazione Fs Italiane. The festival will take place in the museum's amphitheater, featuring six performances by renowned national performers.
The initiative aims to enhance women's talent through various artistic languages, from comic theater to storytelling, and even musical recitals.
Opening the program on Sunday, June 21st, will be Maria Bolignano with "Femminile singolare," an ironic and timely show dedicated to contemporary society. On July 12th, Veronica Mazza will present "La tazzina blu," a lively and engaging theatrical and musical performance.
On July 26th, Simona Cavallari will perform "Donne," a journey through poetry, music, and stories about the female universe. On August 30th, Francesca Marini will perform "Il mio canto libero," a musical recital exploring emotions, memories, and great Italian singers.
After the summer break, the festival will resume on September 12th with Teresa Del Vecchio in "Eder Speranza," a show that addresses personal and social issues. The grand finale is on September 26th with Elisabetta D'Acunzo and "Suspire d'ammore," a tribute to Neapolitan musical tradition.
