Coca-Cola Pizza Village in Pozzuoli: a resounding success

Pozzuoli – In just four days, the Coca-Cola Pizza Village has confirmed its success on the Pertini seafront in Pozzuoli, attracting thousands of enthusiasts and turning a gamble into a solid reality. The event, which concludes this weekend, features 22 pizzerias, bringing the event to life with a steady stream of visitors and thousands of pizzas baked until late at night.

Pizza remains at the heart of the event, not only as a culinary gem but also as an economic and cultural symbol. Among the Pizza Tales events, Vincenzo Schiavo, president of Confesercenti Campania, highlighted pizza's role in generating employment and developing local tourism.

Another highlight was the pizza and wine pairing, highlighted by the participation of the Women of Wine, who presented a selection of Campanian wines, celebrating the meeting of two pillars of culinary tradition.

On the Main Stage, singer Noemi delivered one of the most acclaimed performances, strengthening the connection between live music and food culture. The event also supported the candidacy of Neapolitan song as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage site, thus highlighting the region's cultural roots.

The final days of the event will feature further tastings, discussions on the role of media and social media in the world of pizza, and musical performances, all in anticipation of the grand finale that will close out an edition already planned for 2027, with the aim of cementing Pozzuoli as the ideal venue for this great celebration of taste.
