Caivano – A climate of deep sorrow has enveloped the community of Caivano following the tragic death of Luigi Luca Esposito. Don Maurizio Patriciello, the local parish priest, offered a special prayer during Mass on Sunday, July 26, expressing his condolences through a moving message on social media.
"Dear Luigi Luca Esposito, today at Mass, we prayed for you. May the Lord welcome you into glory," wrote Don Patriciello, emphasizing how this "horrific death has broken our hearts."
The priest also denounced the cruelty of men, sometimes calling them “worse than beasts” and reiterating that “nothing justifies your atrocious end, nothing justifies your murderer.”
The message concluded with a strong embrace addressed to Luigi Luca's sisters, his friends and all those who loved him, thus sharing the community's pain and inviting us to reflect on the importance of peace and respect for human life.
