Two men from Eboli were stopped in Capaccio-Paestum with burglary tools and dangerous objects: they were charged with illegal possession of weapons and possession of lock picks.

Two people reported in Capaccio Paestum for having burglary tools in their car
A routine check in Capaccio-Paestum led to the filing of a complaint against two men from Eboli, found in possession of numerous burglary tools and objects capable of causing harm. The incident occurred on Via Giacomo Puccini, where a Volkswagen Passat attracted the attention of law enforcement following a suspicious activity report. Inside the vehicle, a knife with a 40-centimeter blade, two axes, iron levers, and various tools used for breaking and cutting metal were found.
The investigation revealed that the two men had specific criminal records, primarily for residential burglaries. The material was immediately seized, and the two were reported to the judicial authorities on charges of illegal possession of weapons or objects capable of causing harm, and unauthorized possession of altered keys or lock picks. The joint operation between the Carabinieri and the municipal police demonstrates the constant attention of law enforcement in combating predatory crimes in the province of Salerno.
