Napoli has finalized a deal with Chelsea for Benoit Badiashile, the French center-back arriving on loan with an option to buy. This is a crucial signing for Allegri, who is struggling with defensive issues.

Badiashile to Napoli: the French defender arrives to strengthen the Azzurri's defense.
Napoli have officially completed the signing of Benoit Badiashile from Chelsea, with the central defender set to join the team immediately.
The agreement includes a €3 million loan deal plus €1 million in bonuses, with a buyout option set at €27 million. Born in 2001, Badiashile represents a strategic reinforcement for Massimiliano Allegri, who is facing several absences in defence due to injuries to Buongiorno, Marianucci, and Beukema.
The Frenchman is expected in Italy in the next few hours and will undergo a medical at Villa Stuart on Wednesday before signing a contract until 2031. His presence could be useful in the league debut against Genoa at the Marassi stadium. After a difficult stint at Chelsea, where physical problems limited his playing time, Badiashile is looking for a revitalization and consistency in the Azzurri.
Napoli, meanwhile, has also completed the signing of young full-back Costantino Favasuli, who arrived from Catanzaro and is ready to sign a contract until 2031. The Neapolitan club thus continues to strengthen its squad to ensure Allegri has a competitive and broader squad ahead of the season.
