Ivano Nobile and the '100 Faces of Naples' project: an artistic portrait of the city

Ivano Nobile has conceived an ambitious artistic project that aims to tell the story of Naples through the faces of the people who represent its soul and history. This artistic journey, already known with the series "Naples in Faces," has seen the creation of portraits dedicated to famous figures such as Geolier, Sal Da Vinci, Leonardo Spinazzola, Bud Spencer, Sophia Loren, and Pino Daniele, with some works personally delivered to the interested parties.

However, the project isn't limited to famous figures: Nobile also gives space to lesser-known faces, yet deeply connected to the city's collective memory, such as Chiara Jaconis, Francesco Pio Maimone, and Annalisa Durante, symbols of stories of innocence, memory, and a connection with Naples.

With a community of over 16.000 followers on his Facebook page, Ivano Nobile has announced the development of a new phase of the project, titled "100 Faces of Naples." The goal is to create one hundred works, each dedicated to a face that tells a different story of Neapolitan identity, including people, stories, places, and symbols.

This work will culminate in the publication of a book collecting the 100 works and the stories of their protagonists, transforming the artistic initiative into a tangible and lasting testimony to the city and its many faces.
