Napoli has announced the acquisition of Benoît Badiashile from Chelsea Football Club. The French defender, born on March 26, 2001, arrives on loan with an option to join. A product of Monaco's youth academy, Badiashile made his first-team debut in September 2018 and has made 135 appearances, scoring six goals, for the Monegasque club.
In January 2023, he joined Chelsea, where he made 71 appearances and scored two goals. During his time in England, he won the Conference League and the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Napoli thus welcomes a young defender with international experience, seeking new challenges in Serie A.
