Pollena Trocchia strengthens social services with new hires in the N24 area.

A significant step forward for social services in the N24 Territorial Area was achieved with the recent signing of contracts for new hires at the Municipality of Pollena Trocchia. The new officials, selected through a ministerial competition, were hired on full-time, fixed-term three-year contracts. They will strengthen the workforce dedicated to providing social services in the municipalities of Volla, Cercola, Massa di Somma, and Pollena Trocchia, the area's lead partner.

Ilaria Ranaldi, coordinator of the N24 Area, warmly welcomed the new employees, emphasizing the added value they bring to the Planning Office and local social services, benefiting the communities involved. The presence of professionals with expertise in administration, accounting, education, pedagogy, and psychology aims to strengthen the operational capacity and quality of the services offered.

Carmen Filosa, Pollena Trocchia's councilor for social policies, emphasized that this strengthening is part of an ongoing process aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of social interventions. Strengthening the administrative structure is essential to meeting the needs of the most vulnerable people in the areas served.

Mayor Carlo Esposito concluded by emphasizing that with these new professionals and the collaboration between the municipalities of the N24 Area, a difficult past has been overcome, ushering in a new phase of growth and positive leadership for the area. The goal is to ensure increasingly adequate social services that are closer to citizens.
