Rome – Juve Stabia's situation in Serie B is becoming increasingly complicated. The axe of sporting justice has fallen once again on the Gialloblu club, forced to deal with a new setback that drastically worsens their standing in the league.

The Italian Football Federation has officially announced the decision of the National Federal Tribunal, which imposes a further two penalty points to be served during the current season.

The reason for the sanction: the crux of the corporate sale

The measure is based on serious administrative breaches. The sanction was triggered by the failure to submit the mandatory documentation regarding integrity and financial soundness requirements.

The missing documents referred to the sale—completed on April 17th—of 100% of the share capital to the newly established Stabia Capital Srl, as well as a copy of the formal deed that led to the acquisition.

Standings and outlook: The team sinks to the bottom of the abyss

With this new disciplinary stop, the overall penalty total rises to -4 points.
As a result of this decision, Juve Stabia officially slips to last place in the Serie B standings. The Campania team now finds itself on one point, tied with Carrarese, forced to play catch-up from the next few matchdays if they hope to stay up.
