Naples, 5 establishments inspected on Via Petrarca
Naples – Checks continue on Posillipo Hill. Overnight, Carabinieri officers from the Bagnoli Company, in collaboration with ASL Napoli 1 staff, inspected five businesses on Via Petrarca: two bars, a pub, a restaurant, and a deli.
The first bar was found to be the most in breach: 11 violations, including irregular layouts and deficiencies in hygiene and structural requirements. The outdoor area was suspended and cleared. The fine is €1.000.
The second bar received eight complaints, one of which was for failing to comply with general hygiene requirements. This too was subject to a €1.000 fine.
Non-compliance was also detected in a pub and a restaurant. Finally, the gastronomy business received five findings, including a HACCP violation: fines of up to €2.000.
