Stalking in the Avellino area: 39-year-old man stalks his ex-girlfriend, resulting in a restraining order and a bracelet being issued.

He began stalking her and calling her repeatedly after the relationship ended. For this reason, a 39-year-old man from Avellino was reported by the Flying Squad on charges of stalking his ex-partner.

According to what was reconstructed by the investigators, after the woman's decision to end the relationship, the man began to follow her movements and contact her with frequent phone calls, even at any time of the day.

The 39-year-old was therefore issued a preliminary investigations judge's order by the Avellino Court, banning him from approaching his ex's home and places frequented, and requiring him to wear an electronic bracelet.

On the same day, also in the Avellino area, officers arrested a 40-year-old Gambian man, accused of mistreatment and robbery against his partner. According to the prosecution, the man assaulted the woman and subsequently robbed her. He was therefore subjected to the measures prescribed by the judicial authorities.
