Di Lorenzo after Napoli-Arsenal: "After three defeats, morale isn't very high, but we have to react."

Napoli suffers their third consecutive defeat, and Giovanni Di Lorenzo doesn't hide the difficult situation. After the 1-0 defeat against Arsenal at the Maradona stadium, the Azzurri captain is already looking ahead, noting that the Champions League journey is still long.

"We knew we were facing a great team. We defended well, sometimes a little too deep. It wasn't easy to cover all the spaces. We could have done better with the final pass on a few occasions. We're disappointed with the result, now we have seven more games to try to advance," Di Lorenzo told Sky Sport.

The defeat against the Londoners comes after league missteps against Como and Inter. A negative streak that inevitably weighs on the team. "After three defeats in a row, morale isn't very high. We want to do well, but we have to keep working and do what the coach asks of us," explained the captain.

Di Lorenzo also emphasized how crucial details are in matches against top-level opponents, especially after Odegaard's goal that decided the match at the Maradona. "In these games, even the details make the difference, and the slightest mistake gets punished. We need to be more careful in these situations, too," he added.

Despite the result, the defender praised the team's attitude and urged them not to lose confidence. "We're still at the beginning. Details make the difference. We'll leave the field with our heads held high. Our group has always responded with our attitude. We defended as a team, let's start from here."
