A new serious incident of domestic abuse occurred yesterday in Giugliano. A woman required emergency medical care after being violently attacked by her husband inside their home.

The man struck her with a blunt object, causing such injuries that she needed to be taken immediately to the emergency room. Doctors have given the victim a fifteen-day prognosis, barring complications.

Tensions and threats in the emergency room

The incident didn't end within the confines of the home. Her husband, a 39-year-old local man, arrived at the hospital where the woman was being medically observed. Once inside, the man forced his way into the clinic, sparking moments of intense tension in the triage area.

Faced with the staff's refusal, the attacker insulted and severely threatened the doctors and nurses on duty, hindering the proper performance of their care.

The intervention of the Carabinieri and the accusations
