In Piazza Capuana, a 44-year-old woman was arrested by police for possession with intent to sell. The buyer was fined.

Naples: A woman arrested in Piazza Capuana for drug possession; the buyer fined.
A 44-year-old woman with a criminal record was arrested yesterday by the State Police for unlawful possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. Officers from the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, deployed in targeted operations, were passing through Piazza Capuana when they observed a payment transaction between two individuals.
Immediate interventions allowed both the seller and the buyer to be arrested. The arrested woman was found in possession of two packages of cocaine/crack, a package of heroin, and €90 in cash of various denominations. The buyer, however, was found in possession of a newly purchased amount of cocaine/crack.
For these reasons, the individual was arrested by the operating personnel, while the buyer was administratively fined for illicit possession of narcotics for personal use.
