The Municipality of Teano (Caserta), in Campania, is announcing an external voluntary mobility to fill two full-time, permanent Technical Officer positions. Applications must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM on October 7, 2026, exclusively through the InPA Recruitment Portal.
This is an external voluntary mobility procedure, pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree 165/2001, reserved for public employees currently employed by other public administrations. In practice, an employee already employed full-time and on a permanent basis can transfer to the Municipality of Teano to fill one of the two Technical Officer positions, with a permanent transfer within the deadlines set out in the notice.
The position is that of a Technical Officer in the Department of Officials and Highly Qualified Personnel. In a city like Teano, this position typically works on complex urban planning, construction, public works, maintenance, environmental issues, and technical-administrative management of procedures. In practice, this role combines technical expertise with the ability to conduct investigations, coordinate projects, and interact with citizens, businesses, and other entities. This is a general description of the role, useful for understanding its typical functions, but it does not replace the specific requirements outlined in the job posting.
To participate, candidates must:
Please note that all requirements must be met by the application deadline and must also be met when the employment relationship is established.
Available positions: 2. Location: Teano, in the province of Caserta, Campania. Type of employment: full-time and permanent, through voluntary external mobility. Compensation: not specified numerically in the announcement; the basic and additional compensation provided for by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Local Functions in force for the Officials and Highly Qualified Personnel Area applies. For employees from other sectors, immediate application concerns only the legal and economic compensation provided for by that CCNL.
The selection process includes an interview. The commission is composed of a chair (an institution manager) and two experienced members, with an institution employee acting as secretary. The overall score is 30 points, awarded as follows: 10 points for each commissioner and 30 points overall for the interview. To pass the exam, a minimum score of 21/30 is required. If multiple candidates are admitted, a ranking will be prepared based on professional and aptitude skills. In the event of a tie, the youngest candidate's age or other preferred qualifications will prevail, according to current regulations. Candidates must present a valid identification document for the interview; failure to do so will result in disqualification. If two candidates meet the same criteria, the mobility list will take into account the requirements and the final authorization issued by the institution of origin.
Deadline: October 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 PM. Applications are exclusively online through InPA: the portal requires registration and the completion of CVs. If the same application is submitted multiple times, only the last one in chronological order will be considered. The final outcome of the procedure will be published on InPA and, if applicable, on the institutional channels of the Municipality of Teano.
