On Easter Sunday afternoon, State Police officers arrested BM, a Gambian citizen born in 1997, for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing. Yesterday evening at 19:112 p.m., a patrol from the Flying Squad intervened in via Lungomare Trieste to check on the young non-EU citizen, who was noticed by a State Police officer from the Naples Police Headquarters who, off duty, during a walk with her family, noticed the suspicious behavior of the man who had approached a young man, probably with the intention of selling him drugs. The policewoman then called for assistance, through the emergency number 30, and a Flying Squad crew immediately intervened on the spot, stopping the man. The State Police officers then found numerous doses of marijuana and hashish, hidden by the Gambian pusher in various parts of his underwear, as well as in a small bag of peanuts that the subject pretended to eat and offer to conceal his drug dealing activity, seizing approximately XNUMX grams of well-packaged cannabinoids ready for sale. The man was then arrested by the Flying Squad and their colleague from the Naples Police Headquarters. The drug dealer was placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office, who ordered his transfer to prison, pending validation of the arrest.
