Last Monday, two union leaders of Sita Sud received a notification of preventive suspension from the so-called “salary” and from service, meaning they have been suspended from work and will not receive their salary.
The two, who occupied strategic positions within the company, were allegedly discovered covering each other's unexcused absences. Specifically, one of the two marked the badge of the absent colleague in order to make him appear to be at work.
The two managers now risk dismissal, which would constitute a fraud against the transport company. The “time clock cheats” will have to defend their positions in the designated places and offices.
