He is accused of aggravated injuries with mafia methods and for this reason he is under arrest by order of the Naples DDA, the 24 year old Giuseppe Troncone.
The young man, who had already hit the headlines in 2017 for the famous shooting at Baretti di Chiaia with 6 injured, was released last year after the judges of the Court of Appeal of Naples overturned the first degree sentence of 10 years in prison into a two-year sentence (suspended sentence) for brawling but was acquitted of attempted murder.

Yesterday evening, however, the Naples Flying Squad executed an arrest warrant issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office, issued by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, against him because he was seriously suspected, in conjunction with his cousin Andrea Merolla, killed in an ambush in Fuorigrotta last November 10, of injuries aggravated by mafia methods.
The two, late on the evening of October 2nd, in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood, are said to have been responsible for the beating of two men; one of the victims was allegedly hit several times with the butt of a gun so much as to cause a permanent weakening of an organ and then the car in which he was traveling was robbed.
Yesterday morning, however, the boss Vitale Troncone, Giuseppe's father, was seriously injured in an ambush that took place in front of a bar on Via Caio Duilio.
