University Internships: 7 Federico II projects out of 10 funded by the Region. The presentation on Friday 1st April at 16pm in the Aula Magna Storica of the Federico II
Seven of the ten Federico II projects were financed under the competitive call promoted by the Campania Region to finance “Training Courses Aimed at Orientation to Professions – Curricular Internships” under the POR Campania FSE 2014-2020 – Axis III Specific Objective 14 – Action 10.4.7.
On Friday 1st April 2022, at 16pm, in the Aula Magna Storica of Federico II, in Corso Umberto I, 40, the 'Internship Project 2022-2023' will be presented.
The proceedings will begin with greetings from Matteo Lorito, Rector of the Federico II University, Gerardo Canfora, Rector of the University of Sannio and Armida Filippelli, Councilor for Professional Training of the Campania Region.
The Projects, proposed by the four Schools of the University of Federico II, are based on partnerships with professional Orders (Order of Engineers, Order of Architects, Order of Chemists and Physicists, Order of Veterinarians, Order of Geologists, Order of Food Technologists, Order of Agronomists, Professional Order TSRM, Order of Biologists, Order of Pharmacists, Order of Lawyers, Order of Accountants, Order of Journalists, etc.) and with Corporate Partners (service companies, consultancy companies, professional firms, software houses, medical practices, analysis/medical laboratories, businesses, etc.) with the aim of offering students the opportunity to carry out company internships aimed at career guidance.
Professor Pasquale Arpaia, Director of CIRMIS and Head of the Economic Management of the Projects, has officially launched the planned activities together with the other members of the University Technical Scientific Committee, composed of professors Antonio Bilotta, responsible for the Polytechnic School and Basic Sciences, Domenico Carputo, for the School of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Giulia Frisso for the School of Medicine and Surgery and Gianluca Luise for the School of Human and Social Sciences.
“The University's vision of creating a bridge between students and the world of work finds its implementation in this Project – Arpaia highlighted –. The Schools of Federico II are equipped with an IT platform capable of automating the establishment of company internships. On the one hand, companies will be able to propose internships and scholarships to Tutors, and on the other, students will be able to choose them”.

Learning Entrepreneurship II (resp. Prof. Antonio Bilotta);
The Agri-food Sustainability Supply Chain for the 2030 Agenda (resp. Prof. Silvia Fabbrocino), in collaboration with the University of Sannio;
Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production from a One Health perspective (resp. Prof. Maria Pia Pasolini);
Cognitive learning by Fablab (directed by Prof. Cristina Mele);
Internships Study Courses School of Medicine and Surgery (resp. Prof. Orazio Scafati Taglialatela);
Health Professions in global human health (resp. Prof. Giulia Frisso);
LE.FTIN. – Interdisciplinary Territorial Educational Links (resp. Prof. Gianluca Luise).
Within the Projects, in addition to the internships financed for students through an appropriate call for proposals, training courses will be activated aimed at increasing the skills of all University students, in order to facilitate their access to the job market, especially in the professions. These training courses include the organization of orientation seminar activities in collaboration with experts from specialized companies in the sector.
