Night of checks in Monte di Procida for the Carabinieri of the local station and for the personnel of the coast guard. A joint check carried out in the movida between the beaches present on the coast.
During the operations, the military carried out a preventive seizure of part of a beach in via Miliscola. 600 square meters seized because they were used for an evening of music and dancing.
The Carabinieri and the Coast Guard have in fact found that the 22-year-old owner of the beach club – later reported – had created a real disco, allowing approximately 200 people to dance despite the absence of a certificate of habitability and without any license required by article 80 of the TULPS.
The evening was then interrupted and the guests calmly left.
